This coffee features tasting notes of panela and berries. It is produced by the Aguilera Brothers at Finca Chayote in Los Robles de Naranjo, Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1150 to 1400 meters. The variety is San Roque and it is processed using the Yellow Honey method. The species is Arabica.
