Maple syrup is the highlight of the show here. Slight chocolates and red apple on the back end. This was a nice, sweet cup that is comforting and easy drinking. Balanced bitterness and acidity. Probably the most approachable roast from Memli for those who are less inclined to drink lighter roasted coffee.
