Per a recommendation from a coffee professional, I tried this as an iced pour over with a much shorter ratio (1:13) then ran it through the hyper chiller. I’d say the flavor profile was more bold and brought everything together more evenly. Probably the move going forward with a hot pour over that will be hyper chilled.
