This one has stepped up its game as it has aged. Now at 2 months off roast, the juicy acidity is peaking very well. This is a mango bomb with some cane sugar sweetness and punchy acidity. I was skeptical when I first tried this roast, but I am converted. Maybe even a touch of florals on the back too
