Made the classic ORB 5-minute steep cold brew using an initial 1:5 ratio then diluting to 1:10.5. In my opinion, this is the perfect type of coffee to use the method with. Produces a very clean cup that isn’t overpowering or astringent. Nice red berry and florality on the tongue that lingers. Simple and refreshing.
