This was done as a hyper chilled pour over since it’s hot as shit right now. Not the biggest co-ferment fan but on a hot summer day this just sounded refreshing. I think it’s a pretty decent take on a watermelon coferment. Maybe not the most “real” tasting, but for the price I don’t mind it at all.
