Pulled a shot with 10s preinfusion and 18in 50out in 35 seconds. Dialed in on the first attempt, this one was super balanced and flavorful right away. A nice acidity up front with complex boozy fruit notes on the back. Smooth on the palate and great in a cappuccino. I’ll be having more of this on espresso
