Made my first cup at 10 days off roast. This one is special because it’s San Diego grown, processed, and roasted coffee. The smell of the whole beans is insanely nice. For the first cup, this thing is super smooth with some interesting complexity. I find the florals to punch first followed by a nice mellow stone fruit sweetness. The flavors linger on the mouth nicely. I like how they went for more of a medium light roast for this one. Pretty blown away that this farm is about 20 miles away.
