Soup recipe was to start at 1:10 in the ORB then dilute to around 1:14 in the cup. Water at 197f. No preinfusion, just yeeted it. The 1:10 brew was rather potent and a bit much for my palate. Once diluted, this thing was basically right there with the pour over nuance which is wild for a really fast, no frills brew. This roast is very special.
