Went with C40 at 18 clicks, 200f, Deep 27 4x 1min bloom and 2 equal heavy pours (2:40 brew time). At 40 days off roast, this is at the early stage of its peak flavor, but I did enjoy the aromas on this quite a bit. Super nice honey and cane sugar sweetness on the nose. Maybe a touch flat in the cup, but some honey and green tea notes were coming through. Will keep updating.
