Today is 50 days of rest. Went with a (very) different technique this time. Used the @pouringhub wood chip method, 35 clicks on C40, 197f, 2 equal pours to 1:15.5 ratio on Kalita mino. I was able to get the best cup to date, no off putting vegetal notes mostly tea like sweetness with pineapple/honey/mango. Quite nice but still pretty light bodied for me, I basically call this tea. Glad I was able to get an appetizing cup though. I’ll keep experimenting
