I was hoping for a bit more out of this cup as this bag is now 40 days off roast. Still muddled tea like notes with a bit of light fruitiness but not much sweetness. If you gave this to someone and told them to close their eyes they would think they’re drinking green tea. Hopefully this matures a bit more
