This was a sample from a recent SD Coffee Club meetup. Grind size was too fine as this stalled and brewed way too long. I’m still able to see the potential in this roast though. Not too funky, but enough to be seen as a natural. Red apple, berry, lemon with mild acidity and no harshness on the tongue. Chuck does well with everything he roasts
