Classic ORB Soup recipe (1:10 ratio then diluted to about 1:15). It never fails to amaze me how well this type of brew works for a nice, complex cup of hot coffee. I get most of the nice complexity of the pour over but it seems to highlight the dried fruits which is super nice. If you don’t have this brewer (esp for travel), I don’t know what you’re waiting for.
