First ever UL roast. Went with the Deep27 at 195f and 20 clicks on the C40. 4x bloom for 1min, then 2 equal pours with heavy agitation. Brew was pretty quick at 2min10s. First impressions are that I am getting a vegetal type taste that I am very unfamiliar with in the coffee realm. Makes you want to smack the lips together and question what you are tasting. Otherwise, I can maybe pick apart the grilled pineapple type flavors that the bag suggests. I will certainly re-rate as this ages more.
