Tried this one first as a flat bottom pour over. I would say this is on the darker side of medium. While this is a little darker than I prefer for pour overs, I think a lot of people will enjoy it. Definitely hits on the cholocate and cherry notes with a roasty backbone. Zero acidity and some bitterness. I’m excited to see how this plays out on espresso where I think it will shine.
