I think this may be the first natural gesha I’ve tried. While this is only 12 days off roast, it’s quite nice. I enjoy the heavier mouthfeel of this gesha to many others I have tried. You get a touch of that fermented note that lingers on the tongue but it isn’t overpowering like many naturals. Plum up front, mild tea like notes hold this together. Can’t wait to see how this develops. Will check in again.
