It’s wild how just a simple grind setting adjustment can make a huge difference. My buddy recommended I try this coffee at 30 clicks on the c40 (instead of 24) which is a large difference. I kept mostly everything else the same and this resulted in a lighter bodied brew but had much more juicy acidity rather than a heavier, boozy body. I am also getting some citrus notes whereas I wasn’t getting any of that before. Great suggestion.
