This coffee features fruity and cocoa tasting notes with a natural processing method. It is grown at 1800 meters altitude on Finca Potosí in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia. The variety is San Juan, a hybrid of Bourbon and Pacamara, produced by Café Granja La Esperanza.
