This coffee features tasting notes of raspberry, rainier cherry, jam, rose, dried rose, green grape, and tart cherry, with a floral and black tea-like aroma. It is produced at Kathima Factory in Embu County, Kenya, using SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties processed by the washed method. The coffee is fermented under controlled conditions, washed, soaked in clean water, and dried on raised beds.
