This coffee features tasting notes of caramel, melon, grape soda, rose, and grapefruit. It is a natural processed Arabica heirloom variety grown at 2200 meters altitude in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Birtukan. The coffee is dried on raised beds for up to two weeks and roasted light.
