Ground coffee has aromas of cocoa and berries. In the cup, there are rich chocolates up front with some sweet & boozy berry notes on the back (blueberry and strawberry). Some winey notes start to come out as it cools, I’m assuming from the natural process. This is some INSANE quality for a $12 bag. I will update as the roast matures a bit more
