This coffee features tasting notes of elderflower, bergamot, citrus fruits, and melon. It is produced by Victoria Atao at Finca Bella Vista in Cusco, Peru, using the SL9 (Geisha Inca) varietal. The coffee is fully washed and harvested between September and November 2025. The farm maintains a diverse ecosystem by preserving much of the original forest for shade and follows traditional Inca agroforestry practices guided by the lunar cycle.
