Mindwater Coffee Company is a micro specialty coffee roaster based in San Diego, California, founded by Jeff and Juan. Jeff's appreciation for coffee began in Sweden through the ritual of *fika*, while Juan brings a lifelong connection to Colombia's rich coffee heritage.
