This washed coffee from Colombia presents flavors of dark chocolate, caramel sweetness, and soft stone fruit. It is a communal lot produced by multiple producers near Santa Maria and Pitalito and named after Nevado del Huila, Colombia’s highest volcano. The coffee is a blend of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties and was processed using the washed method.
