This coffee features tasting notes of citrus, cherry, and blueberry with a citrus aroma reminiscent of fresh orange peel. It is produced by David Rubanzangabo at Huye Mountain in Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters. The coffee is a Red Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. The cherries are harvested early, pulped, washed, dry fermented overnight, soaked, and dried on African beds.
