This coffee features tasting notes of tropical fruits, plum, grapefruit, and pina colada. It is produced by Hongjun Zhang at Yunlan Estate in Yunnan, China, grown at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,700 meters. The variety is SL34, processed naturally, and roasted light. The cherries are hand-picked, rested for 48 hours, UV treated, and dried on raised beds for about 20 days with regular turning to ensure even drying.
