This coffee features tasting notes of honey, apple, and fruit acids. It is grown at Ruru Estate in the Pu’er National Forest Reserve, Yunnan, China, by Mr. Liu and Mrs. Ruru Sheng Xu family at an altitude of 1,350–1,420 meters. The SL28 Arabica variety is processed using the honey method and roasted light. The estate manages all processing on-site with strict quality control.
