This coffee features tasting notes of stonefruit liquor, fudge, and winegums. It is produced by Jhonatan Gasca at Zarza Coffee in Bella Vista, Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1750-1800 meters. The coffee is an Arabica variety Colombia processed using an extended natural method.
