It is a blend of Bourbon from Finca Limonniyoc, produced by Manuel Patilla Carrasco in Cusco, Peru, and Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110, and 74112 varieties from Raro Boda Washing Station in Guji, Ethiopia. The Peruvian component is grown at 1,800 meters altitude on an organic-certified farm employing ecological cultivation practices.
