It is composed of washed and semi-washed Arabica varieties including, Mundo Novo, Catuaí. The coffee is sourced from the Riripa Wet Mill in Oromia, Ethiopia, and from Chapada Diamantina in Bahia, Brazil, grown at altitudes between 900 and 1300 meters.
