Mindwater Coffee Company is a micro specialty coffee roaster based in San Diego, California, founded by Jeff and Juan. Established during the pandemic, the company grew from a shared passion for exceptional coffee and the cultural traditions that shaped each founder's journey. Jeff's appreciation for coffee began in Sweden through the ritual of *fika*, while Juan brings a lifelong connection to Colombia's rich coffee heritage. Together, they created Mindwater to celebrate meaningful coffees that reflect both origin and personal story.
