This decaffeinated Arabica coffee features tasting notes of caramel, shortbread, milk chocolate, yellow plum, and dried fruit. It is washed processed and grown at 1700 meters altitude by the Huila Cooperative in Huila, Colombia, using Castillo and Caturra varietals. The coffee is decaffeinated using a natural sugarcane EA process.
