This coffee features tasting notes of apricot jam, peach, bergamot, chocolate, black tea, elderflower, jasmine, and candied lemon. It is processed naturally and grown at 1870 meters altitude. The coffee comes from mixed heirloom Arabica varieties cultivated at the Sede Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
